Imported from Modena, Italy, this vinegar is aged up to 18 years in oak barrels. Very diverse, thick, and potent enough to be dripped onto a dish as a condiment and also balanced enough so it will pair well with one of our olive oils in a salad dressing.

Notes: The acidity of this traditional balsamic makes it pair extremely well with our sweeter oils and with sweet foods, such as fresh fruit or ever ice cream! Pair with Garlic, Tuscan Herb, Porcini Mushroom, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, or Wild Mushroom & Sage Oil.

    This is an amazing balsamic. I’ve never bothered with aged balsamic before, always just store brand thin and highly acidic in flavor. This is thick, acidic, but with a nice sweet undertone. Amazing paired with Tuscan infused olive oil on a salad.
